Shredding and Environmental Responsibility

Our shredding service plays a key role in helping your business meet its sustainability objectives. We are committed to reducing waste and diverting as much material as possible from landfills. Paper, being one of the most recyclable materials, can be reused several times – up to 5-7 cycles – before its fibres become too weak. Once shredded, all paper is compressed into bales and sent to paper mills, where it is transformed into new products, such as paper towels or recycled office paper.

For electronic waste, we securely wipe data from hard drives using magnetic methods, then dismantle the components and recover valuable metals for recycling.

In the case of other materials, we carefully sort metals, glass, and plastics during the shredding process to ensure they are sent for recycling. Additionally, discarded uniforms are repurposed and often used in the production of car insulation panels.
